SALON POLICIES

  • Client Commitment

    Please arrive with detangled hair, ready to be washed. If you have recently removed extensions of any kind, please remove as much product buildup from your hair as possible, PRIOR to your appointment.

    Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in a $25 detangling fee.

  • Healthy Environment

    If you have recently been around someone or tested positive for COVID-19, cancel your appointment. If you have cold/flu-like symptoms, cancel your appointment.

    Should you display any symptoms while at the salon, your appointment will be canceled upon arrival.

  • Payments & Deposits

    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your service subtotal is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service fee.

    A card on file is required to secure your appointment. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Cash and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment for the remaining balance.

    If you’d like to leave a tip for services provided, cash tips are preferred and much appreciated.

  • Late Policy

    A 10 minute grace period is given, after which a $10 late fee will be applied to your service total.

    Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment will result in a same-day cancellation, meaning you have forfeited your missed appointment slot and a $35 no show fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Cancellation Policy

    To cancel your appointment, please refer back to your confirmation email.

    Canceling less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. Same day cancellations and no-call, no-show will receive a $35 service charge billed to the card on file.

  • No Extra Guests

    Please refrain from bringing extra guests and/or children unless they are being serviced.
